Tips for Healthy Curls

My Curls

Here's a few quick tips for healthy curls:

  • Moisture (Conditioner is our friend!)
  • Avoid using towels when drying your hair (Use a t-shirt or microfiber towel)
  •  Shampoo about once a week (Too much shampoo can strip the hair of the essential oils that it needs)
  • Deep Conditioner Treatments (You can buy one or make your own at home)
  • Avoid brushes (Use a wide tooth comb or your fingers)
  • AVOID HEAT
